Philippine d'Otreppe is a Belgian Artist who graduated from the Arts University Bournemouth in 2015. After studying and living in the UK for 5 years Philippine moved to Brussels to be a freelance artist.
Working in "les Marolles", the popular and historical neighbourhood in the center of Brussels, has been a real source of inspiration for her work. You can find her working and exhibiting in her own studio "l'Etoile Verte" an iconic Art Deco old drugstore on Rue Blaes.
Her work explores several techniques such as ceramic, which has taken an important part in the artist's practice. Her passion for reportage drawing remains and the thirst of discovering new places with drawing has pursued over the years. Philippine's passion for creating includes painting too: from canvas to silk, the mediums of acrylics, oil and charcoal have been another way of expression and creation.
